PHCC Construction Tech Students have nearly finished our first home!

This worthwhile community partnership is the culmination of years of work and planning. We are so thankful to have our local students doing this meaningful work, and to the enormous generosity from St Stephens and Middlebury Congregational Church and many others in our community who have given their time and money.

This is truly a community-supported endeavor!

We are asking $65k for this finished home; home is wired and plumbed and ready to place on-site and connect to your water, sewer and power services.

We are currently working with National Bank of Middlebury to offer accessible financing options.
