PHCC Construction Tech Students have nearly finished our first home!

This worthwhile community partnership is the culmination of years of work and planning. We are so thankful to have our local students doing this meaningful work, and to the enormous generosity from St Stephens and Middlebury Congregational Church and many others in our community who have given their time and money.

This is truly a community-supported endeavor!

We are asking $90k for this finished home, ready to place on-site and connect to your water, sewer and power services.

We would sell for 70k, interior entirely tongue/groove wood sheathed, plumbed and wired.

National Bank of Middlebury is willing to finance this home.
