Our Vision

Beautiful, affordable, well built and crafted homes for our neighbors who do not earn enough to pay Addison County rental rates. Current rental prices in Addison County require a person to earn at least $26/hour. We envision pocket neighborhood(s) within the village of Middlebury of 'right-sized' homes (300-500sq feet). We are intending these to be within the town limits of Middlebury because Middlebury is our county seat with the best public transportation and services. We are currently looking for land to lease or purchase for this village. While also, we are working to gently increase density in our downtowns by helping homeowners to site tiny homes as Accessory Dwelling Units on their town lot. We are also working with Addison Housing Works to allow tiny homes to be sited in available lots in local mobile home communities.
